Need to Change Your Mind

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still not satisfied, you can return the items within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Received A Damaged Item 

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing james@purezenvibe.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or returns.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Pure Zen Vibe is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we are unable to offer resends or refunds.
